NewsFox version 0.2

This release is mosty for infrastructure changes.  The primary change is
parsing duties have been moved over to use Sage's (http://sage.mozdev.org/) 
feedlib.  A few features have been scaled back while the core framework
solidifies and strengthens (Trash and Flagged folders, sorting).

Overall this is a much improved release over version 0.1.  All feeds should load
and parse, and a lazy-loading model should dramatically improve performance
for larger feed lists.
